MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has been able to make significant progress to Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu (his popular hit song from 2016) was awarded a Colombian Kids Choice Award, 2017 Favorite Song. The year 2017 saw the release of ADN which was his debut long-player with La Industria Inc. in Medellin. On the Top Latin Albums chart, it reached no. 8. He then was a part of Ozuna to record his Top Five smash Vaina Loca. Mala Influencia was which was released in the year 2020, by Noriel and her Dopamina album in the same year. He also was in a duo with TINI to perform her online single Maldita Foto. An album release in 2023 with the massively popular La Bachata. Turizo is a product of a musical household the mother of his younger brother and father are both musicians. In his interviews, Turizo has stated that music is essential. When he was a kid, he began learning to play saxophone guitar the ukulele, and piano. Although he initially wanted to be veterinarian, Julian convinced him that having lessons from a Cuban music teacher could change the direction of his career.
